How do I find my model and serial number for my appliance?

They are located on the appliance, usually on the wall of the refrigerator, behind the drawer on a range, inside the lid of the washer and inside the door of the dryer and dishwasher.

Do you deliver and haul away the old ones? Is there a charge?

Yes, we have a professional moving company who delivers, installs free standing appliances and hauls away. We also have an installer for built-in products. There is a minimal charge based on location and product.

My water dispenser is not working. What should I do?

Check to see if the supply line is still functioning and allowing water to the refrigerator.

How do I get the best performance from my dishwasher?

Always use a name brand detergent and rinse agent. Plus always run hot water at the sink to clear the cold water out before running the dishwasher

What do I do if my dryer drum isn't turning?

Check the power to your dryer. If runs but doesn’t turn check for a broken belt.

Why does my large burner on my range stay on high and won’t turn down to low? Do I need a new element?

The burner is fine. The burner switch controls the heat the burner puts out so the switch needs to be replaced.
